Shipping & Returns
Acknowledging your order ~
We will email you as soon as possible to let you know your order has arrived with us. You will then receive further updates as we process your order, including a dispatch email when possible.
Shipping ~
We currently ship to the UK ONLY but are more than happy for you to email us for a quote to ship our products abroad BEFORE you place your order with us (excluding bumgenius). Postage and packaging for all orders in the UK is now processed by weight of your order. If you feel you have been incorrectly charged, or we notice so, you will be refunded accordingly.
Free delivery on orders above £60.
We aim to dispatched Same Day, if your order and payment is received before 2pm (except Saturdays and Sundays), though if not possible, next day shipping will apply. If you order on a Friday, after 2pm, we will do our best to ship to you same day, if not then shipping will be on the Saturday. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped out Monday.
Returns ~
If you wish to return an item, please email us in the first instance so we can try to resolve any problems and/or arrange the return of your item/s. You should obtain proof of posting when returning any item/s as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in an usued, unwashed and saleable condition, unless the item is faulty. We will then refund to you the cost of the item, not including postage. If your item is faulty, upon receipt of the faulty product, we shall refund you your costs, including postage.
We will only accept item returns within 14 days of purchase. After this date it shall be at our discretion.
Pre loved items are non returnable or refundable and are sold as seen. We only use pre loved tshirts when we happen to fall upon any that perfectly match the outfit!
